What we collect
Only what you choose to give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, country, travel dates, journey interest and message when you send an enquiry or request trip ideas, and your name, country and words when you submit a review. We also record anonymous visit data (Google Analytics and an anonymous counter of visitors currently online) that does not identify you.
Why we use it
To reply to you, plan and quote your journey, and run the trip you book. We publish reviews only with your consent. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone except the hotels, drivers and guides needed to deliver a journey you have booked.
Where it is stored and for how long
Data is stored securely in Google Firebase. Enquiries and leads that do not become bookings are deleted within 24 months; booking records are kept as required by Indian tax law.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@coromandeltrails.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
